Repository Requirement of an Onsite Inspection:

A physical onsite inspection is required on the business address prior to account activation. This Inspection will be performed by an approved third party vendor per national repository requirements. This will result in a one-time, non-refundable fee of $99.00 which will be billed to you on your first invoice from LandAmerica Credit Services.

** Due to bureau requirements, LandAmerica Credit Services cannot establish an account for anyone who is operating out of a Home Office. **

There are a number of documents that you have to read, review and agree to prior to being able to download our agreements. These documents are required by the credit repositories. Please review these documents. You will be asked to acknowledge that you have read the documents and understand them before you can download our agreements.
