Step 1: Documentation

Included in this download you'll find a complete menu of services and prices, toll-free customer service contact information, and important information about your rights and obligations via the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Once we receive your complete information we will proceed with Step 2.

Step 2: Property Inspection

It is a requirement of the three national credit bureaus (Experian, Trans Union, and Equifax) that mortgage credit reporting companies like ours conduct a site visit at each of its customer's offices. This is done to ensure that the customer is in fact operating as a mortgage company and not another type of company with which we are not permitted to conduct business.

LACR will check to make sure a current Property Inspection is in your file; if it is not, one will be scheduled for you after your Step 1 documentation has been received.

Once we receive your complete information (both Step 1 and Step 2), your account will be activated within 48-72 hours. You will receive activation notification and further instructions via return email.
