General
Billing Information
All customers are billed on a monthly basis with bills issued
on the last day of every month. This billing represents
all credit services ordered by the customer during the 30
days prior to bill issuance.
If a customer carries a balance for 60 days, the customer’s
account is automatically suspended until the account is
brought current.
Electronic billing is available to all customers at their
request. The customers will receive their bill via email
in Excel format, providing the customer with customized
formatting options.
