Loan Processors can request to have items on a merged in-file or RMCR verified by Landamerica Credit Services and then manually updated at the bureau level by our Equifax, Experian or Trans Union  affiliates. This service could result in movement in a borrower’s Empirica, Beacon and FICO Scores in as little as 72 hours from submission.

Bureau Direct™ may or may not result in a change to the borrower’s Empirica, Beacon & FICO Scores; the scores might go up, down or remain the same.
