Repository Requirement of an Onsite Inspection:
A physical onsite inspection is required on the business address prior to account activation. This Inspection will be performed by an approved third party vendor per national repository requirements. This will result in a one-time, non-refundable fee of$99.00 which will be billed to you on your first invoice from LandAmerica Credit Services.
** Due to bureau requirements, LandAmerica Credit Services cannot establish an account for anyone who is operating out of a Home Office. **
